The title combines two of the funniest sitcoms of all time: Seinfeld and The Office. Like these shows, foolishness abounds in my mind and the Office Of Vandelay (OOV) is my attempt to share said asininity, though it will probably get hard to keep up all the time. (That's what she said.)
